Brief instructions.
1. Create a directory – ie: c: \ LandContract
Copy and Unzip the downloaded zip file to your new directory.
Your password is included in your email.
2. Open Up Microsoft WordPad,
My WordPad location is here: START, PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, WORDPAD
3. In WordPad open the file.
FILE, OPEN, C: \LandContract\LandContract-AgreementOfSale.doc
4. You will now see the filled out Land Contract. I left it this way
so you can easily Replace The Text, with your own information.
5. Save your file as a new name, and Make a master backup copy.
